Been sitting on this for a while! Today is the day to announce! 🙌🏻

Starting this coming Sunday, Calm it Down is heading to WQXR (NYC) radio, Sunday nights at 8pm.

Through meditative music both from established names and up-and-coming artists, Calm it Down Radio is a weekly reprieve to help calm the mind through music and replenish the soul through encouraging words and mindful perspectives.

My stomach is full of butterflies with excitement as I hope you’ll listen in via radio or streaming online at the link in my bio.
