As a parent, I know all too well how easy it is to get caught up in the daily responsibilities of raising a family.
Between work, school, and extracurricular activities, it can feel like there's never enough time in the day.
But as a family, it's crucial that we make an effort to prioritise our time together.

I am currently at Amity Point on North Stradbroke Island and I have to say, this family caravan park never disappoints!
The facilities are great and the location can't be beat - right on the beach with stunning views of Moreton Bay.
The kids are having a blast playing in the park, making new friends and swimming in the ocean.
We are all enjoying relaxing on the beach and taking in the gorgeous sunsets.
If you're looking for a great family getaway, I highly recommend Amity Point.
You won't be disappointed!

"We are having an amazing time taking our family and caravan to North Stradbroke Island on the barge from Cleveland!
The journey over was smooth and the views of Moreton Bay are breathtaking.
We have set up camp at a beautiful beachfront site and are spending our days exploring the stunning beaches, bushwalking through the national park, and enjoying all that this incredible destination has to offer.
We've also been lucky enough to see some picturesque sunsets, fishing right at our front door, and even do some dolphin watching!

"We had the best time at Maroochy Big 4 Caravan Park.
The kids absolutely loved all of the activities, especially the reptile wildlife experience.
The staff at Maroochy Big 4 were so friendly and made sure we had a great time.
We can't wait to come back and experience all of the other fun activities that Maroochy Big 4 has to offer. "

"Today was an absolute dream! We spent the day at Maroochydore beach with our family and had the best time. The sun was shining, the water was crystal clear, and there was so much to do. The boys were thrilled to play on the trampolines, and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch of fish and chips. In the afternoon, we played frisbee, built sandcastles, and even went for a swim. It was the perfect way to spend a summer day.

We made so many memories together and can't wait to do it all again soon. There's nothing quite like spending time with the people you love, and the beach is the perfect place to do it. Whether we're playing games, soaking up the sun, or just enjoying each other's company, we always have a great time when we're together.

I'm grateful for moments like these and am thankful to have such a wonderful family. Here's to many more days like this in the future!

We had a fantastic time spending the holidays with our family in our caravan! There's something so special about packing up and hitting the road together, and the sense of adventure that comes with it.

We loved exploring new places, trying new activities, and just enjoying each other's company in the cozy confines of our little home on wheels. we had so many wonderful moments together.

But the best part was definitely just being able to relax and connect with each other, away from the distractions and stress of everyday life. It was a much-needed break, and one that we'll always cherish.

Here's to many more holidays spent with family in our beloved caravan! .

You know it’s coming up to my mums 2 year anniversary of her passing. Not a day goes by that it gets any easier.

Everyday I think to myself did I ever spend enough time with her leading up to her passing. Did I give my time to her that she deserved, I know work always got in the way and what time I thought I had left just didn’t feel like enough.

Time feels so wasted at work, for what? Just to please someone who’s not even bloodline, who treat you just like another statistic!

F**k that it’s time to f**k the system up!

Change the way of life no more 9-5 bu****it, spend more time with yourself, spend more time with family, spend more time with your kids.

I know if I had that time again with mum there would be no regrets this time.

Start living with no regrets.

Be adaptable
Be organised, create goals and make a plan, but don’t worship it. Don’t fall in love with the plan. Be flexible. Have a beginner mind and be able to remap your world over and over again. Those who avoid accidents are those who see the world clearly, see it changing and change their behaviour accordingly.

I just wanted to share something traumatic that has happened in my life, something that reminds me everyday who I am.
2010 a year I will never forget. 12 years ago working as a carpenter I had a workplace accident where a 400 kg hardwood beam dropped 2m and landed on my right foot. The pain was scrutinising I was rolling on the ground in agony. I was taken to hospital where I stayed for two weeks before they would even look at operating on my foot. The only thing keeping me positive was my wife telling me at my bedside that she was pregnant with our first child, so many mixed emotions were going on in my head I was depressed and now I had a positive to think about which helped in every way possible.
After three surgeries and the possibility of losing my foot I ended up with a mid foot fusion which consists of sixteen metal pins and six metal plates.
By this stage my first child was brought into our lives, he was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. I knew I had to recover and do everything what the doctors and Physio’s had asked of me so I could be the father of my child.
It took me six years to go back to carpentry, what I thought I loved doing and had a passion for, but the fire just wasn’t there any more.

Everyday I wake up, the scars and aches are there to remind me who I am and why I’m so grateful to be here walking on my own two feet.

Our first holiday in our brand new caravan has 😞 sadly come to an end. What an experience it was, coming from a camp trailer to a 22ft monstrosity 😝 is insane. What a difference it made. The Holden colorado towed the motel on wheels like a dream.
Rainbow beach was our first voyage down by Carlo point on the calm side, it’s a great 👍 lil spot for young families plenty to do around the park.
Can’t wait 😛 till the next adventure!!
