Second day in a row seeing images )|( on the screens today . Red is now reminding me of dancing . A long time ago , I went to a hypnotist to see if she could hypnotize away something I did not like , all these years later , after choosing the color red as the color to remind me or tell my brain to take action , now , with the celebration tour coming and all the red I see , I am being reminded to take action and that action is to dance . Thank you Merci beaucoup M , I am elated inside to start dancing . More red is relaxing my inhibitions . I like color effects in the body , the vibrations , how color speaks reflecting from our vibration with that color in harmony . Ready

I watched this cocoon being formed on a treetop outside the studio window for about a year . All through winter , the cocoon was at the tiptop of the tree and in the stillness the cocoon would move around , I just observed , wondering if it is a butterfly 🦋 and hoping to see something emerge . Something did emerge , the cocoon fell to the grass and I found it today , showed it to Caishen ( a canine ) and he immediately was alerted and wanted to eat it or something , like catnip to cats .
