She's finally here!!! Posting these about 2 weeks late because we are having an absolute blast each and every day off from work. Such a beautiful Summer here in the PNW to explore and have adventures. Everyone please welcome my wife, Jenny, to the USA! 🥳🤘✌

I've been an English teacher in Japan for the past 5 years and I'm so, SO ready to be finally finished this week. However, I was touched by these sweet letters I received from some of my younger students. They may have been a handful most if the time, but they always came to class ready to have fun and play games with Teacher Eric (90% Hide & Seek...)

Working with kids for so long has also taught me some useful skills in child behavioral management that I believe should come in handy if I ever become a father 🤞

I won't miss the long hours or a single one of the songs that are now embedded into my brain... But I will certainly miss my little audience for all of my bad Dad Jokes! (known as Granpda Gags in Japan). Sayonara, everyone さようなら! 👋
