I contemplated on how to start this for about 20 minutes. Partly anxiety, I couldn't find the right words and because I got high.

Sorry that was a bad mom joke. I want to use this as an outlet for myself. But here's the catch, it can only be positive. There can be some downs, but as long as there's a happy ending I will post it.
I'm a mom of 4, in a new relationship for the long run, have the best family by my side and friends that are like family. I'm struggling a lot with my mental health, but I'm trying to "rewire" my brain. Fake it til you make it right?
There are some things going on with my physical health and I'm still waiting to see a rheumatologist per my doctor's referral. That was months ago, but positive thoughts right? I love nature, hiking, camping and just walking barefoot..(aka earthing). I'm trying to stay fit enough to continue those things🫶🏼
Yes, you heard that right. Hence the name The Barefoot Baddie. Or is that considered another bad mom joke? I've been this way since I was a wild child and I guess my mom just finally gave up on trying to make me wear shoes outside😅
