๐๏ธโโ๏ธ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ด๐ผ๐ฎ๐น๐ - ideally some fitness goals, e.g. endurance or gym based goals! You need goals! I would also recommend a mixture of strength training & cardio, but at the end of the day, do what you enjoy; that might mean playing a sport instead โฝ
