We rolled down to St Augustine a day early just to enjoy a proper dinner here at I told you about it a few weeks ago after a great chat w chef/owner
It’s Mothers Day week, so I won’t cuss, but halfway thru the meal, I was looking at my calendar to see when I can come back w a group of friends. This spot is phenomenal.
💥: Tuna Sashimi….pickled shallots, chili oil, toasted pistachio, yuzu charred chimi kewpie, tomato ponzu (i could drink it like water. Damn)
💥: Banchan….Koji cured Cheshire heritage pork belly bacon, blistered asparagus, spicy pickled noodles, pickled cucumber, artisanal lettuce. And finally….
💥: Garlic Noodle Mazeman ….blue crab, koji butter, ajitama, cilantro, scallion toasted sesame, fried garlic, togarashi…. 💥💥💥
Just over the top great. Looking forward to a great week here for thru the 12th.
