It's hard, but not impossible!
After 4 months after giving birth, I have very little left and I'm back to my original shape, -2.5 kilograms and I'm done.
Besides the hectic life with 2 children, I always try to find time to do sports, especially since for me it has now become a lifestyle. Sometimes I arrive at the gym smiling from ear to ear, other times I don't even feel like getting out of bed, but I know that the results of sports are unparalleled for a healthy and harmonious life 💪🏼❤️
