The Governor of Nakuru county has been missing in action for a month despite her bloggers trying to cover up.
As a concernd resident am left to wonder why our county boss didn't attend several county functions where the head of state,our Super *Senator* among other leaders showed up.
It's a high time she decides whether to let her deputy run the county or let us have a by-election.
We are learning from our mistakes and can't wait governor muondoki to finish her term and elect a leader who is fit to hold office.

Following the conclusion of the Nakuru County Government staff biometric registration exercise in early April 2023, the Human Resource Reform Taskforce has been hard at work to analyse the data gathered. This morning, the task force met to formerly consider the data and it’s implications on the reform. The meeting confirmed a turn out rate of 96.9% on both biometric and physical registration. Data has been further analysed, that has enabled comparison with the official payroll data. The task force will in the coming days consult widely within departments, to offer solutions to identified challenges, including the further update of personnel files in light of on going promotions, succession planning, training and development. Further, the task force will undertake an analysis of the departmental in- post data vis a vis the approved establishment, and implications for human resource management. On completion of the analytics, the task force will officially receive the data, and begin working on the digitization of the human resource process.
