Emuhaya MP Hon.Omboko Milemba, CBS is currently in a constituency academic performance assessment meeting with sub- county Director of Education and TSC, Special Education, Kepsha leadership, Knut, and School heads across all Primary schools in the constituency at aMulukhoro social Hall.

In this collaborative endeavor, The meeting is poised to point out the gaps in the performance cycle and also seek more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive mechanisms to address schools' performance stalemate.

Descending into the heart of impact! NG-CDF Board is actively engaged in a comprehensive study, to assess the operationalization status of Flagship Projects Implemented.

Today, the NG-CDF Board led by Chairman Hon.Alago Oluoch paid a courtesy call to Emuhaya.

The Alago-led board had an interactive session with NG-CDFC, staff, and representation of the MP

Afterward, the team proceeded to Bunyore Teachers Training College.

The 54M project fully funded by Emuhaya CDF remains a high-impact project in the region and the board has recommended exploring more avenues of partnership including the ministry to make it a model institution.

The chairman applauded Emuhaya for making significant progress in project implementation, particularly by prioritizing ongoing projects.

He noted that The visit is deliberate and Emuhaya Is steadily on the right trajectory under the patronage of Hon.Milemba for it remains at the top with no adverse reports and stalled projects

Kuppet National chairman has assured teachers of their security.

Speaking today at Citizen TV Daybreak show, The Kuppet chair maintained that security and specifically the right to live is vividly enshrined in the constitution, and therefore teachers from schools affected by parents' invasion due to performances must be withdrawn for their safety.

The Emuhaya MP termed parents' invasion as Naive and outrageously uncalled for.

He argued that challenges bedeviling the education sector and associated with performances fall far away from only the teacher's behavior as an aspect.

He highlighted various factors affecting performances in schools, pointing out a shortage of 116,000 teachers, Poor school infrastructure, Improper equipment, Teacher motivation, remuneration, and parents' and stakeholders' space as key areas of concern.

Furthermore, He asked parents to forge a seamless relationship with schools and remain proactive in monitoring their children's behavior right away from admission.

Emuhaya MP has confirmed to parents of bursary increase from Ksh.3000 to Ksh5000 as the issuance of forms kick off next week.

A translation of this therefore means; Day school Secondary Students benefiting will only pay ksh.1000 per term as Full year fees.

The 44th Vihiga Cultural Festival - Mbale Municipal Grounds, Vihiga.

Emuhaya Member of Parliament is accompanying Prime Cabinet Secretary H.E Musalia Mudavadi and Vihiga Governor H.E Wilber Ottichilo among other dignitaries for the Annual Vihiga Cultural Festival.
