When we are out of alignment, we are creating discomfort. Think of your back or your car, when those things are out of alignment everything is off and it causes a lot of pain.
Being out of alignment feels like you are being pulled away from the things you've set as your goals or your why. So, how do you know if you're out of alignment? Here are a few signs:
✨You're regularly dreading work, and the thought of it causes a pit in your stomach.
✨You're avoiding certain projects or clients.
✨You're regularly overwhelmed, your business is running you, you are not running your business.
✨Your audience is confused by your message/ offer.
✨You feel like you're compromising.
If any of the above sound familiar, it's time to press the pause button, and go back to your brand purpose. What is your why? Sometimes, it's necessary to receive outside help to get back into alignment (if only our backs could adjust themselves!)

Time For a Check In Friends
Here is a hard truth: As entrepreneurs, we can spend so much time investing everything we have into our business, we forget to invest in the things that sustain us.
Have you been neglecting your own health and relationships to put all your energy into growing your business? This may seem like a reasonable thing to do, but at the end of the day, without our health and the people we love to celebrate the wins, the victory is hollow and meaningless.
So today I encourage you to pause and take inventory. How is your mental and physical health? How are your relationships with the people you love? Do you need to be more intentional with how you find balance? What is one thing you can do today to move you a little closer to that?

When I started my own business, I learned quickly that people were watching. There are some eyes I had to decide that it didn’t matter what they saw or HOW they saw it.
But other eyes, the eyes of my growing girls, those matter. People are watching, whether they are your children or someone else you may be inspiring. When it’s good, they watch to see how you celebrate the victory. When it’s hard, they watch to see how you navigate the obstacle. Keep going friend, because your story just might be the inspiration for someone else to start THEIR story someday.
