Owning a business can be overwhelming as it is, so why let your social media make it even worse! Here are my top 5 tips for taking the overwhelm out of your social media!

1. Plan ahead - block of an hour each week to plan for the next
2. Batch your content - take your photos/videos/make your graphics at once
3. Talk about what makes your business/service/products unique
4. If you have a promotion going on - TALK ABOUT IT!
5. HAVE FUN WITH IT - people can see your energy so if you aren't excited about your stuff, they won't be either!

Not sure how to market or promote your coaching because you don’t offer a tangible product?

Short answer - Provide Value

If you offer 1:1 coaching that includes training and nutrition coaching, talk about it. Figure who your ideal client is and what they are struggling with, and show them how you can HELP.

Here’s an example…

You are catching up with a girl who needs help with your nutrition; she’s been trying to lose weight but can’t see how to accomplish that.

Do a deep dive evaluation into her current training, nutrition, routine, etc.

So through your discovery, you figure out she has been under eating for a long time. Show how your services can bring her metabolism back up and explain how the process would work by doing that; you just provided value to your services. You will help her achieve her goals and guide her through it!

Are you struggling to book calls and connect with your audience?

Let me help! First off, you need to be connecting with your audience. Don’t wait for them to reach out to you. Instead, reach out to them, send your followers a message, and create that connection. But how do I do that?

1. Send a personalized message, not a whole script as you get from someone trying to sell you on their MLM business.

2. Watch their story and reply to a slide! This helps create an organic connection about something relevant in their life right now!

3. ALWAYS ask open-ended questions! One of my favorite sales tips I ever learned was always to ask based on what the person said and to use their words, don’t put it in your own words; you could be changing the story if you do.

4. Find a way to return it to your service, but don’t be pushy.

5. Create a genuine connection. People can tell when you are fake, so stay true to yourself.

Are you collecting your lead's contact info other than their Instagram handle? At the very least you NEED to be collecting email addresses at the VERY LEAST!

Now, what do you do with those email addresses? You email them!

Now, what should you be putting out in those emails? Let me help!

1. Useful content, who is your ideal client. Whoever that may be, tailor your content towards them! Offer freebies, maybe an ebook, a free challenge, this is a great way to create credibility.

2. Any special offers you currently have going! Are you offering a holiday special? Maybe a discount code for your followers to sign up for your latest challenge!

3. Promote your services/products, whether it be 1:1 client transformations, a new challenge, an ebook you just released!

Are your posts just not getting the engagement you want? Here’s 3 things to ask yourself before you make a post!

1. Is this post likely to be commented on? Did you ask your audience a question or give them some kind of prompt to comment?

2. Is this a post someone would save and come back to? The key with this one is to provide content that can be applied that they may want to refer back to later!

3. Does this post include a CTA? For example link the link in my bio to find out more, book a call, sign up.

Creating content that will encourage someone to engage is best! So next time before you wonder why your engagement is down ask yourself these questions!

We all know how to post on social media! That’s the easy part! But do you know how to make relevant content that your audience will interact with? No? Here a few quick tips!

1. Talk with your followers! If you are not interacting with your community, you need to start now! This is the best kind of market research.

2. Use a social media management platform that gives you post analytics such as engagement reach! (We will go more in-depth on what counts as engagement later)

3. Make sure your content is relevant to your target audience! If you aren’t putting out content to reach who you want to reach, don’t be surprised when your followers aren’t potential leads.
