Free permit parking for nurses at St. Luke's Hospice, Basildon 👏🚗🏠

Councillor Blake, Deputy Leader of Basildon Council, has approved the amazing nurses at St Luke’s Hospice free on-the-street parking permits, allowing the nurses to carry out their duties more efficiently.

Eileen Marshall, CEO, St. Luke’s Hospice said ‘We are so incredibly grateful to Councillor Blake for his amazing support of our request. It will make such a huge difference to our team who are working 24/7 across the community to deliver help and support in the homes of our patients. A huge thank you from us all.’

The nurses and everyone at St Luke’s Hospice provide an essential service and we would like to thank them for all the brilliant work they do.

What’s the best social media platform?

My answer depends on who’s asking and what they want to use it for.

Is it for personal use or do you wish to market your business and it’s services or products.

Each platform has its unique features and audience.

My personal favourite is Facebook but I’m also a lover of TikTok as I know within two minutes I’ll be chuckling away at some insane video.

I don’t normally make new year’s resolutions but I am this year

It’s going to be a very long list of things that I can’t wait to do during 2021 to keep me focused and that positive momentum going in the right direction as we enter the New Year.

I’m very grateful that I have made it through the most challenging and crappiest of years along with my nearest and dearest. Challenging as 2020 was I’ve kept focused on the positive things it has enabled me to do, such as starting my own business and time with my family (even though they got a bit sick of looking at me sometimes).

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given me during 2020.

Fingers crossed it will be a healthy and prosperous 2021 for us all.

With 2021 nearly upon us there’s no better time to take a fresh look at your marketing. Get rid of the old and bring in the new.

Whether it’s ideas for new campaigns or a fresh look you’re looking for - go for it.

Blast into 2021 with a New Year email to your clients and audience, set up a competition to get the buzz going around a new service or sale item or revamp your social media with some new content. Or why not put some systems in place to make your life easier in the coming months rather than wasting time chasing your tail.

All those evenings I spent trying to choose what to fill it with for the next days lunch and constant grazing. Had to be something that would survive the commute and still look edible after a few hours of the shared office fridge.

means now all I have to do is walk into my kitchen and cook what I fancy.

So much nicer 😋 and healthier (sometimes 😉)
