Happy New Year and Human Trafficking Awareness

Attachment 1 is our ask to help S.A.V.E- Survivors.And.Victims.Exit- Starting this month, we are seeking support in contributing to our Safe Stays credits account with Reloshare. Safe Stays hotel rooms allow us to keep adult victims/survivors safe during their exit or recovery from exploitation. We have seen a need to help stabilize during the crisis and provide basic needs in a safe place as we coordinate short- and longer- term placement. This unfortunately can take a few hours to a few days, and when we need to send them off island to prevent re-exploitation. Scanning the QR code will take you directly to SWCC-TVAPs credit page. By donating and supporting, you are ensuring confidentiality and safe processes when booking.

Attachment 2 is our ask to join us in a special FUNdraising (Saturday, 1/27/24, 11-1pm) activity right at SWCC! Please join us as we close out January Human Trafficking Awareness month with a ZUMBAng. The funds raised will help our efforts in securing basic needs and bulk client-related supplies year-round.
Donations will be accepted at the door. Additional donations to SWCC can be made at any time via SWCC website (even if not participating in the event). *At this time, we are not reserving spots or asking for advance $10 donations. We thank Maddie with HHHRC-Kua'ana Project and the other wonderful Zumba instructors for coming together to raise funds and awareness while having a good fit time.
