For our 2 Years in business we wanted to do something special. 100% of the proceeds from every shirt / hoodie purchased will go to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. Proceeds will be gathered from March 1st, 2023 through April 1st, 2023 and donated on April 2nd, 2023.

We decided to sponsor a child through Definition Fitness 24/7 this holiday season to make someone's Christmas a little bit better. Donating to a great cause and making someone's holiday special.🙌🏻🎄

We have 3 more kids that are getting a chance to shop with a hero this Thursday.

These are kids that would’ve gone without toys this Christmas. These are kids that need our help. And there are many more to help.

If you are still looking for ways to help others this holiday season, please think about this one. We make sure to to direct to the need, that’s why we chose this program. 100% of the funds to directly to the kids to pick out their own Christmas presents.

You can donate through SAFS, or through the gym. We’re taking cash/check/Venmo and we will get donation receipts to you after we pool the funds together.

Thie weekend we took some shots of some friends on stage in Cleveland! Getting on stage takes guts. Not only do you have to get in front of an entire crowd, but make sure your diet/conditioning is on point. Competing is not for the faint of heart.😳
