HOW OFTEN SHOULD I POST ON INSTAGRAM?

How often should I post?

We explain very simply. What we have learned is not a subjective opinion but the result of a study on 10 projects of different subjects and different numbers of audiences over 1 month.

The research is long, and it would not fit into the post, so we share the conclusions:

👍 Posting is helpful when the quality of all posts meets the conditional grade of A+. If you can post 7 A+ quality posts in 7 days - it will have an excellent effect on your account's subscriber feed ranking.

It's not really helpful to post often if you can post 7 different quality posts in 7 days: 3 A+ posts, 2 B quality posts, and 2 C quality posts. In this case, you'll get less activity per post.

🤔How will the algorithm understand this?
It will think that your posts are no longer attractive.

Also, some subscribers will unsubscribe from you with every C-quality post. This, too, will have a negative impact on the reach of each subsequent post.

❓Why does this happen?
Because it's not just the total number of reactions that affects your account ranking, it's also the average number of reactions per post.

📌 So post as often as you can produce excellent quality content.

*In the study, we decided to post every day in 5 projects, every other day in 3, and once every 3 days in the remainder. That increased the organic growth of the projects and reached each post.
