“She’s your wife, not your maid.”
“She cooks, she cleans, she cares—not because it’s her duty, but because it’s her way of showing love.”

Yes, that’s true.
But let’s also talk about him—
He’s your husband, not your employee.
He works long hours. He stresses over bills. He fixes, lifts, drives, protects—not because he’s told to, but because it’s his way of showing love too.

Being a full-time mom is hard.
So is being a full-time provider.

Marriage isn’t about keeping score.
It’s about teamwork.

One sacrifices at home, the other sacrifices outside.
Both are tired. Both are trying.
Both deserve respect, support, and love.

Let’s stop glorifying one role while forgetting the other.
Because at the end of the day, we married to build a life together—not to carry it alone.
