Cheese fries are covered in a grass fed cheddar cheese sauce .
Sweet potato fries are crunchy if eaten right away (Air Fried) If you let them sit for a couple min will not be crunchy!
Chicken sauce follow my other chicken sauce recipes . Lightly fry the chicken first then start adding small amount of liquid to form your sauce. I always give my little ones the tender part of the meat! Very juicy!

This is a caribbean porridge that can be served to babies as they first start solid .
It does consist a small amount of sweetener!
You have an option not to add the sweetener!

Morning vitamin/water to start the day 💫
Plus a mini muffin

This meal is suitable for littles over 2 years old!

Sweet plantain mixed into a homemade pancake batter (I used flour this time instead of almond flour )

This meal is suitable for all! (Leave out chocolate drops for littles under 2)
You can cut strawberries for littles or leave it whole. Supervised As Always!

My little one has never been a fan of avocados until I added it too..
