; September is a month to remember ❤️‍🩹

I am proud to say a big part me of has healed over the past years.

I was perceived as a strong-minded woman with a strong-willed personality and yet, 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with depression. I had multiple panic attacks, multiple su***de attempts, and random breakdowns.

I am loving, kind, faithful, giving, but I am human. There was a limit to it and some people pushed me to my breaking point.

This is a gentle reminder to be kind to everyone. Cliche, but all of us have different battles to fight just to get through the day.

One word can either make their days better or that one word can destroy or worse, end a life.

Forever grateful to my family, especially to my mama, who never left me, who helped me, and is still helping me heal and my bestfriend, Melanie, who never got tired of saving me and still runs to me at 1 am in the morning to keep me alive.

I'm so glad that my family are aware of this important matter. Social media has reached its way to them, so this might also reach you. Let's end the stigma.

Mental health matters.
We matter.
I matter.
You matter.

It takes time to heal from it, so go easy on yourself. 💜
