You’re asking God for the right words, not just fancy phrases, but words that will resonate with the hearts of those who hear them.

3. Pray for wisdom. 🙏🏼
‘Lord, I pray that you would equip me to share my testimony in a way that honors you.
Give me the words to speak with clarity and compassion.
Grant me the wisdom to know how to share my story in a way that will resonate with others and point them towards you.

Reflecting on 2024 & Embracing 2025 ✨

2024 was a year of growth and incredible blessings from God! ❤️🙏 I’m so thankful and for the opportunities to:

🌱Build meaningful relationships both online and offline

🌱Connect with amazing people through in person networking events locally and with virtual mingles I hosted

🌱Focus my business on networking, public speaking, and impactful collaborations locally in Geelong, and across state in Australia

🌱Share my testimony of how I left new age and found freedom in Jesus

🌱Help others find hope and faith in God by sharing my testimony

Getting booked for speaking events isn’t just about strategy (though we cover that!)

Can you relate?

With new age influences, it’s a spirit of confusion. Here’s where 👇🏼

🤷🏻‍♀️Running this way and that launching 00s of offers each month without selling any.

🤷🏻‍♀️Missing a client journey that introduces people from free to paid services.

🤷🏻‍♀️Writing 000s of affirmations to the universe every week to ‘manifest’ clients.

🤷🏻‍♀️Using crystals, pendulums, tarot and rituals to make decisions.

🤷🏻‍♀️Going searching outdoors or online for signs to make a decision.

🤷🏻‍♀️Group coaching calls where someone monopolises the call, crying why they couldn’t ‘manifest’ clients or said income that month.

I used to think it was specifically the coach, their teachings and business model.

I used to think it was said person in the group crying on group coaching calls.

I used to think it was said person crying hysterically because they hadn’t manifested the income goal.

When in reality and on reflection once removed, I realised that new age marketing and coaching is a spiritual battlefield with the spirit of confusion.

This is why you see coaches and service providers exhausted, tired and confused why their new age business isn’t taking off.

This is why as a coach you find it challenging coaching clients who are in new age businesses and practices.

This is why sales psychology doesn’t make sense to those influenced by new age in this environment.

And the only kind of ‘sales psychology’ is a deceptive form of marketing and dark femme, aka witchcraft.

What if instead 🌱

It’s simply planting seeds rather than harvesting them.

Let me give you an example:

This week I spoke on a panel of 3 at a well known faithled college, I had been invited to with a college alumni in the 000s.

I was honoured to be guest speaking on zoom to a room of 25+ teachers.

A couple of days before the event, I remember speaking with the coordinator about the content for the panel discussion.

I mentioned about the possibility of sharing my faith where suitable.

This is what she said Amanda,

🌱What if what you shared helps a teacher in a conversation with a student in their own classroom?

🌱What if what you shared helps the teacher in their own life?

The five things you need to know to start pitching intentionally and with tangible results.

REMINDER. PROMPT. CONFIRMATION. SUPPORT. CONNECTION.

If you don’t follow through on the prompts from the Holy Spirit, you will miss the timing.

When you see the proposal you pitch as a way to serve people and honour what you were prompted by the Holy Spirit, then everything changes.

1️⃣REMINDER: A reminder for the person you’re sending a pitch proposal to, who had been thinking about this idea yet hadn’t done anything about it.

2️⃣ PROMPT: If you don’t use a bold approach, then you’re missing an opportunity for the pitch to be a prompt for the person to take action on.

3️⃣ CONFIRMATION: A confirmation of the idea / program they’re starting in the background, aka behind the scenes, is a God idea not just a good idea.

4️⃣ SUPPORT: If you don’t show proof of results, then you’re missing a piece of encouragement the person needs internally within their business to move the project forward.

5️⃣ CONNECTION: If you only pitch to sell your services, you’re missing making a new connection.

Don’t sleep on this 😴

After having 8 guest speaking gigs already this year, without pitching, I can confidently say that creating content constantly is not necessary to be invited into speaking gigs.

📌Follow for more simple hacks for growing a fruitful network.

In fact, creating content without a strategy, is a recipe for burnout.

If I was starting my consulting business over again, I wouldn’t have content as my only focus.

❌I wouldn’t post x 5 a day on social media all day
❌I wouldn’t rely solely on social media platforms.
❌I wouldn’t even try to just sell my consulting services in Facebook groups.

I’d set up my business to be about meaningful relationships and have an offer suite from the beginning. Think from free to mid ticket to high ticket offers.

Keep watching And read below When I first started getting into new age journaling, it was 2020 and during the pandemic. I was working from home and would journal before starting my day. I remember I was in a group community program, and the head coach would share her own journaling style. It started with ‘Dear Goddess..’ then the head coach, she would let the writing flow out onto paper. This was the beginning of the automatic writing. aka new age process, I started doing. So too, did many other women in the group. Interestingly, side-note - many, many of the women’s business’ barely bore fruit. Fast forward, I acknowledge my own contribution to new age teachings at the time. As I went onto become a known avid journaler in the group. I was even invited to be a lead mentor in a local online community group in Melbourne and where I started to implement a 5 step journaling process with a hint of success. At the time, when I was making referrals to others without any return and started to feel a lot of resentment, I did not see for many years God was working to save me from new age. I stopped writing these practices in 2023. I am truly sorry. I have repented. I am no longer mad at the head coach and certain people in the group anymore. I have repented. I also have prayed for each of the people I knew and who I worked with. Including the new Agers who profited off my kindness, took advantage of the referrals I would give them and who mistook my gentleness for weakness. I pray they come to know Jesus Christ. Through prayer, the Holy Spirit led me to the exact locations of these scribings and notes. I praise the Lord for his grace and his mercy. I remember only a few months back benefiting from conversations with others who had left or were in the process of leaving new age, and what to do with the items. Testimony 👇 It’s interesting- I always knew I wasn’t going to teach Reiki. When the time drew near, I remember my teacher being so angry at me for being a poor student. I remember being scolded and told you will have to wait 18 months to 2 years before you teach. The next mentor I sought, I decided I didn’t want to go ahead or develop any further in Reiki. The mentor rang me up and shouted at me on the phone for not. A few days later, she called me and left a message apologising. I’m no longer bothered by their reactions, because I can see now this is probably an out of body experience that they are having and what can happen. In the reel I share a bit more. I was into Reiki for a few years. I used to think it was all light, healing energy and gratitude. This is where many people trip up. So if that’s you it was you. I believe I was being prompted and protected many times. You can leave too - it’s never too late After several people being in my life for a few years, in the new age, they each systematically disappeared from my life. Answered Prayer ❤️🙏 I’m thankful that God has systematically removed new age items from my environment. I’ve been praying to Christ to show me my blindspots and where I have. I just wanted to share a Holy Spirit led moment I had recently. In a fellowship group conversation, it got me reflecting on my own new age testimony. Including many of my journals with new age writings and to guides. I’d been praying asking the Lord to show me what’s next to go and that if it’s my content on my Instagram page I’ll start archiving, show me. Even praying on my morning walk. Interestingly, the exact place the Holy Spirit led me was to my wardrobe. To the exact box with journals from the year 2020 and forward with those kinds of writing. 🔥 Now I realise this is false light and demonic. I bagged up and threw out 3 big bags of rubbish! What the big personal brands won’t tell you. - they’re peddling ‘do it all in your own strength, be the greatest person you know, be the most successful person you know. & ‘people message me just to say they bought my stuff’ And they do have a flood of people messaging them saying they bought their offer, how activating the masterclass was and how excited they are because they know that’s their style of marketing. A style of marketing that is linked to new age marketing which weaves in 🚫manifestation with all the energy and activation talk 🚫self worship with being the greatest and most successful person they know 🚫and idolatry with making idols of money and making idols of themselves as the coach / mentor and of consultant. Listen it’s the culture of the world to promote being self reliant, becoming the best person you know and that sales just come in without doing any lead generation activities. When I left new age, you I was able to discern easily the fluff and those little bits of the marketing that really didn’t make sense, which are actually the big issues that often get overlooked. When I was in new age teachings trying to teach business systems, like email marketing, content batching and systems, it was a spiritual battle, that I wasn’t aware of until afterwards. Now that I’ve left new age and repented, it’s a whole lot smoother and it’s with putting God first. Are you one of them? Don’t let your fear of pricing perfectly hold you back from pricing your 1:1 services. I know that perfecting your pricing can be difficult to overcome, but I guarantee you can. When I first started and was entangled in new age, I went with angel numbers. Thinking that the download of these numbers was the answer. As I untangled out of new age and came into faith in Jesus, my pricing became a whole lot simpler. I went from new age to faith. 1️⃣I chose to immerse myself in the gospel and read through scriptures to asking the Lord for guidance. Luke 16:10: “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.” Luke 14:28,29 The more I read in scripture about stewardship, about blessings, about expanding my territory, about finances, about proverbs31 with God’s hand by my side, the more the scriptures became part of my thinking and in my prayer 🙏 2️⃣The second thing I did was calculate pricing for an hourly rate. Annual salary you want to earn \ number of hours you want to work per week by weeks per year you want to work. Hello and welcome! I believe in doing what you love and what brings you joy. Life is an evolution. We are always learning and growing when we desire to, and decide to. Big dreams and careers have always been a calling for me. I am lit up seeing people grow and evolve. I’m a mentor for young ambitious women, a big dreams strategist and creator of careers. Teaching what I know and lessons I’ve learnt. I help young ambitious women see their strengths and superpowers. My career journey has been expansive. I lived overseas for 6 years and worked my way through clinical cardiac nursing. Coming back home in 2008, I embarked on a career re-creation of my own. Expanding into study with a Master’s in Business Administration MBA. I then found my way into fundraising and have loved working in the non profit space. I believe we can learn a lot about ourselves in times of change and growth. I'm also known as Amanda Nicole.
