Are you getting married in 2024?

Outside of Valentine's Day, the festive period is the most popular time of year for a couple to get engaged.

In amongst the turkey, wine, beer, crackers and inappropriate jokes from the future Mother In Law, a quiet walk to your favourite place can help remove the thought of all the recycling runs you need to do as someone thought it would be a good idea to invite next door round, and they thought it would be ok to tan the lot without taking a single dram round themselves.

So if you are planning on getting down on 1 knee this Christmas, please check that the floor is clear of any broken glass unless you are struggling for something funny to say during your speech. "I was getting down on 1 knee to ask the biggest question of my life, and I got glassed".
And if you are planning on popping the question outside, make sure to check the ground for presents left by naughty dog owners otherwise you could end up knee-deep in sh.

Thank you so much to Chloe & Darren for having me play a small part in your big day, it truly was an honour to be involved.

As many of us know, your wedding day is a massive event in your life and sometimes with a very long build-up, for it to be over in a flash(no pun intended).

So having the opportunity to look back on your day is priceless.
A dress that's worn only once, a hired kilt, a meal that you don't get to finish, expensive shoes with a broken heel and jokes from a dodgy Uncle you didn't want to invite anyway, having timeless photos and videos can teleport you back to that magical day for years to come.

On Location | Highlands And Islands Thistle Awards

I had the pleasure of creating some teaser videos for the awards on Friday night at the Drumossie Hotel. These videos involved capturing the chefs in their natural habitat doing what they really do best which is creating amazing dishes that tantalise the tastebuds in every way.

Over the next few days, I'll be sharing each video to really help shed light on what these amazing people do and also make you all a little bit hungry in the process.

Personal Post | It really is that quick

Having had a fantastic time in Dubai during the first week of our holiday, things really came crashing back to reality when we were involved in a traffic accident involving a distracted driver who collided with the rear of our vehicle. (I'm using very PC terms here)

Everyone is OK! Thankfully someone was looking down on us that day as it could have been a heck of a lot worse.

And with the different "legal" system in the Middle East, you can imagine it's been plain sailing.

The second week was going to involve me finishing off some client projects however as you can imagine, work was the last thing on my mind.

We are now back in the UK and I'm getting caught up with everything, apologies if you haven't had a reply yet, I'll be in touch with you this week.

This experience really has taught me a massive lesson as to the most important things in life, grab them, squeeze them tight and don't take them for granted.

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch with their well wishes, we really do appreciate it.

What a weekend |

I had the pleasure of being the official photographer for the inaugural Aden Music Festival in Mintlaw, and oh boy oh boy was it a cracker.

From cover bands to Ceilidh tunes, Cammy Barnes giving Callum Beattie a snog, and Kenny Smith ripping off his shirt and diving into the crowd!

The bar has been set and it’s going to be a tough act to follow.

Can’t wait for next year already, stay tuned on socials for next years ticket sales.

"Copper may not be human but he definitely knows how to appreciate the beauty of nature!

Yesterday we took a trip to Loch Morlich and it was breathtaking! The frozen loch was a sight to behold and Copper couldn't help but take it all in. The crisp air and the snow-capped mountains made for the perfect family day out. Can't wait to come back and see it in the summer.
