“Potential” is about starting a project with a big vision and getting slapped in the face by reality.
It was created entirely in VR (with Quill), and the VR version is out now on Oculus (link in first comment).

We realize that most people don’t have VR headsets yet and we’d like to make this special project more accessible.
Mother of Pearl is a VR runway show, a collaboration with the top digital fashion brand Placebo DFH.

Let's use the Metaverse to create a change in the physical world and clean the ocean!
Together with Placebo DFH we created a special Metactivism event in Decentraland that will take place on June 9th at 8pm UTC at the Aquarium Casino (-140,130). A special venue was created by Metaskins for the event.
Launching of Black Pearl skin for Decentraland All revenues will be donated to Ocean Conservancy .
We’ll be premiering the cinematic version Mother of Pearl and more surprises!

Our new project, Mother of Pearl, brings together two aspects of the metaverse, VR animation and digital fashion, under one narrative.
We collaborated with the leading digital fashion brand Placebo DFH to create a unique digital fashion collection that’s available to purchase on DRESSX now!
In the VR experience, our very own top-tier designer, Albert, tells the story of how he discovered mysterious underwater creatures called Placebo. It turned out that the Placebo are the expert marine tailors of the deep sea.
The audience is led to an extravagant underwater runway show, where the Placebo creatures create the collection in real time.
We’re insanely excited for you to check out the new experience!

One of the first exploration pieces made for Albert’s store. It was inspired by designer stores and gallery spaces, but then was given a whimsical twist.
Sort of The Devil Wears Prada meets Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Here’s the first animation test done for Albert’s character.
Originally the animation style was more pushed and cartoony, but it became more grounded to fit the emotional parts of the story better.
It could be cool to make another project that’s stylistically as pushed as this though.
