Failing to disclose previous accidents has led to a truck driver facing federal charges. Arnold Williams was indicted for false statements on a commercial driver employment application, according to release from the U.S. Transportation’s Office of Inspector General.

Maxim continued to take heat from the trucking industry over an ad in its current issue that features a truck with the words 'Serial Killer' above it. Maxim has apologized and is giving free ad space for a pro-trucking ad.
