Here are the counties that will be doing the recount:

Alamosa, Archuleta, Conejos, Costilla, Delta, Dolores, Garfield, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Huerfano, La Plata, Las Animas, Mesa, Mineral, Moffat, Montezuma, Montrose, Otero, Ouray, Pitkin, Pueblo, Rio Blanco, Rio Grande, San Juan, San Miguel, Saguache.

Another unlawful recount happening in Colorado.

On November 30th, the Secretary of State announced a recount for Colorado’s US House District 3. According to Colorado Statute 1-10.5-101.1(b) a mandatory recount is required. Secretary Griswold states, “… counties will work with their bipartisan canvass boards to complete a Logic and Accuracy test (LAT) on the required tabulation equipment.” What she does not acknowledge is the requirement by state law on the correct procedure for conducting the test of the tabulation machines.

👉 Tell U.S. Senators to Vote ‘NO!’ on Nationwide Destruction of Marriage, Putting Children at Risk, and Undermining Religious Freedom
Now that election season is over, Congress will get back to work as part of a “lame duck” session with outgoing lawmakers casting votes.

These post-election sessions often see the party voted out of the majority frantically trying to ram through legislation that would not otherwise pass. The leftist Democrats have one last opportunity to present bills that were previously defeated because they were so radical in nature.

According to Women Impacting the Nation, the Senate is set to vote again on the so-called “Respect for Marriage Act” (HR 8404) before newly elected conservative senators are sworn in!

Even though it is possible that a conservative majority will take seats in January, current Republican senators may still vote with Democrats to pass this bill before the end of the year.

This extreme bill, already passed by the Democrat-led House, will codify same-sex, polygamy, and child marriage in every state, overriding states’ rights. It will allow the federal Attorney General’s office to file lawsuits, with no religious exemptions.

According to the pro-family organization, Women Impacting the Nation,

California law allows adults to marry children. If HR 8404 (misnamed the “Respect for Marriage Act”) passes in the U.S. Senate, EVERY STATE WILL BE FORCED TO ACCEPT THE MARRIAGE OF so-called “minor-attracted persons”(the new euphemism for pe******ia. Basically, pe******ia would not longer be a crime if a pe*****le is “married” to his/her victim!

According to Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel:

HR 8404 will legalize every perversion of marriage you can think of. Going far beyond same-sex marriage, this bill forces every state and territory to give legal recognition to the crazy marriage laws of any other state—including California’s sick child bride laws that allow pe*****les to marry children. But it is even worse than that, thanks to a rabid LGBTQ lobby that seeks to punish any who refuse to bow to their gender-bending sexual perversions. Any church, business, nonprofit organization, school, adoption center or even a private person will be forced to comply and participate in the madness—or face Department of Justice investigations and massive civil lawsuits designed to bankrupt Christians who insist on God’s plan for marriage. And the largest LGBTQ lobbying group in the nation’s capital is opposed to any religious accommodation in this bill.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York is rushing to have a full vote on the bill by November 15. According to Women Impacting the Nation, Democrats need just six more Republican senators to overcome the 60-vote filibuster and pass this bill.
