Welcome to Prenzlauer Berg !
My rockstar friend Denisa showed me around this warm and neighborly part of the city. If you ask any Berliner about their impression of the district, they will say: "It's for coffee and families", and yes, we agree (with a side note of the usual graffiti and dust). There is lots to discover.
We filled our day by walking through Kulturbrauerei Berlin Prenzlauer Berg and its yummy Streetfood Market Kulturbrauerei all the way to quirky Helmholtzplatz. Park Am Wasserturm is worth a visit for a stroll around the tower and a neighborhood filled with cafés and little shops. As the sun set, we ended the shoot on Schönhauser Allee where an overhead cast-iron U-Bahn track makes for a beautiful scenery.
