A Bot Building Journey
Within the last year, chatbot building has become a passion of mine in large part because I enjoy the challenge of the build, but also due to the success that it has helped to bring the retail clothing and accessories businesses that my wife, JoJo, and I have run for the past nearly four years.
More so, as a former teacher of science, engineering, and robotics courses for ten years at the middle and high school levels, the thrill of building using code and constructing ‘digital puzzles’ has always enticed me. Now, using many of these same constructs and applying them to chatbots, I thoroughly enjoy designing simple and complex sequences that keep subscribers engaged, allow for infinite data collection, and of course, provide incredible analytics abilities that help you get to know your subscribers better, therefore reaching their needs more effectively and efficiently.
My heart for this business: For me, this is 100% about helping others improve their businesses and stay connected with their customers in an exciting way! I so strongly believe that Messenger Marketing is the way of the future!
