The True Vine - Andrew Murray

In light of the 28-day ''Code Red'' measure in Montreal, which makes private gatherings illegal, I decided to jump back on this podcast platform.

The very reason for which I started this podcast in April during the shutdown is the same today; I felt the weight of the pandemic on people around me (including myself), and the spiritual toll it took on many (myself included as well).

For the next 31 days, you can expect to find a 5-10 min episode everyday which will be a reading of the True Vine book by Andrew Murray. This book is a collection of short mediations on every verse of John 15, which is the parable of the true vine. You can get this book for 1 dollar on Kindle (Amazon).

The core message behind John 15 is the following: We are mere branches and Jesus is the vine. We can't bear or see fruit in our lives without relying fully on Jesus; finding our rest in him; in sum, it is only by abiding in him that we will find fullness.

My aim is also to encourage you by covering you in prayer for the next 31 days and to do so, I will have a few of my friends helping me out. Very excited about that!

Don't expect the best production quality because I simply don't have the time to take care of that haha ... but all in all, I hope the Spirit can use this to get you through this next season !

I'm back !! Well not really, this is an old sermon, but stay tuned for new content in August. I'll be interviewing some mentors in my life. It will be awesome ! It's a longer episode, so maybe keep this for your commute, a bike ride, or for when you're cooking :)
