材料:4个蛋豆腐,200克otak-otak,1个鸡蛋

1)把蛋豆腐和otak-otak放入大盆里,加入一茶匙盐,少许胡椒粉,抓拌均匀,然后加入30克玉米淀粉,打入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
2)准备一个盘,涂抹上食用油,倒入搅拌好的材料,把它铺均匀

材料:2个鸡腿肉,4个小米椒,30个小青椒,6片疯柑叶,1个洋葱,3个香茅,50克南姜,1个姜花,200克小番茄
1)鸡腿肉去骨再切成小块,加一茶匙盐,少许胡椒粉,腌制10分钟
2)小米椒小青椒切成圈,3片疯柑叶切成丝
3)洋葱,香茅,南姜,姜花放入搅碎机里,加入两勺食用油搅碎
4)小番茄切小块备用
5)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后放入鸡肉用中火慢煎,煎至微焦然后取出
6)锅中留一些油,倒入搅好的材料用小火慢炒,加入小青红椒和疯柑叶继续翻炒,然后放入小番茄,炒至番茄变软,放入鸡肉翻炒,最后放入疯柑叶丝再加入一勺鱼露,快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
7)出锅后再挤入半颗青柠檬汁就可以开吃了

烧肉炒芥兰菜,简单好吃又下饭,记得准备多一点米饭,要不然不够吃

材料:300克烧肉,1大把的芥兰菜,3个小米椒,5瓣大蒜

1)烧肉切成小块,芥兰菜切成小段,小米椒切成圈,大蒜切成蒜末
2)热锅倒油,放入蒜末小米椒爆香,加入两勺蚝油,一茶匙鸡精,一茶匙盐,一勺鱼露,继续翻炒,放入烧肉炒至微焦,最后放入芥兰菜,炒至变软就可以出锅啦

Ayam Masak Bawang,甜甜辣辣的,非常开胃,好吃又下饭,配上马铃薯一口一个停不下来,记得准备多一点米饭

材料:2个鸡腿,2个马铃薯,3个洋葱,10瓣大蒜,1小块生姜,1个桂皮,2个八角,少许豆蔻,班兰叶,一把咖喱叶

1)鸡腿肉去骨切成小块,加入一茶匙盐,半勺黄姜粉腌制10分钟
2)马铃薯切成小块,1个洋葱切片
3)搅碎机里加入两个洋葱,10瓣大蒜,1小块生姜,100ml清水搅碎
4)热锅倒入多一点油,放入洋葱,用小火把洋葱炸至金黄
5)放入马铃薯用中火炸至金黄微焦
6)放入鸡肉,用中火炸至金黄微焦
7)锅中留下一些油,放入1个桂皮,2个八角,少许豆蔻,班兰叶和一把咖喱叶爆香,然后倒入搅好的材料翻炒均匀,加入一勺辣椒粉,半勺芫西粉,两勺咖喱粉,半勺大茴香粉,加入半碗清水翻炒均匀
8)加入一勺蚝油,一勺辣椒酱,一勺番茄酱,一勺红糖,一茶匙的盐翻炒均匀
9)最后放入炸好的马铃薯,鸡肉和洋葱,快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
