There is self care and then there is family care. There is a lot of talk about self care and how beneficial it is to one’s self, but the discussion about family care needs to be had. Making time for daily family activity/ies is very important for building and strengthening the family foundation with love, support, and longevity.

Group massage is an activity that we could use more of. With our new Mebak 3 massage guns, we will be making more time to massage one another.

This photo was taken a year ago, before this account even existed. We had just attended a casting where most of the family walked and then we hit the beach (Venice Beach) because who goes to LA and misses the beach? Not us.
We had no idea that a year later we would have this account and that it would blow up as it is.
