RUBY Build 💯

Note: Ruby build currently on the works because page author still undecided if recent patch was a buff or a nerf to Ruby's Lifesteal. Would normally not include Bloodlust Axe.. but build C was lacking CDR (can build Hunter Strike if BLx also makes u uncomfortable lmao).

Note×2: can switch Cuirass with Immortality and vice versa, depending on your mood lmao

Note×3: Your build SHOULD be at 30% cooldown reduction. (except when u play offtank/mainly support, can do with 20)

Note×4: Playing against two or three... or four magic oriented enemies can be annoying, as aside from the crowd control and burst capabilities of mages, Necklace of Durance passive (50% off healing effects for 3 secs) now also affects Ruby's Lifesteal. Thus we had to include Oracle to her build since Oracle passive also works for her now and can help her sustain.

P.S. di ko pa sure kung iibahin but for now, I'm sticking with these sets until further analysis can be done. Wow analyst.
