This Week In Nerd Stuff 8.12.21: DONDAWATCH DAY 384. WHERE IS DONDA, KANYE?
It has been 384 days since the first time Donda was delayed, and there is no end in sight. When will Kanye drop Donda? It's the only question that crosses our show's mind. It's what keeps us awake late at night, wondering and waiting. Donda. Donda.
Donda Donda Donda.
Mikey and Shushy welcome Dan Harrold back on to the show to review the week's Donda news and speculate just when that incredible album will be available for mass consumption.
Also: Sony has purchased Crunchyroll, James Gunn teases major MCU deaths, Taika Waititi gives an Akira update, and more trouble for the CW Powerpuff Girls reboot.
This Week In Nerd Stuff 8.5.21: DONDAWATCH
Mikey & Shushy welcome Clay Fernald to the show to gush about Kanye. Like seriously they cannot stop sucking Kanye's dick for like two and a half hours. Get ready for a whole ton of Kanye: talking about why he's great, reading Lou Reed's review of Yeezus out loud, watching snippets of a silent livestream he was broadcasting from his bedroom in Mercedes Benz Stadium, and finally, at the end, a special video from friend of the show Dan Harrold where he breaks down his favorite Kanye albums.
Also: Jeffrey Wright discusses doing characters in both the MCU and the DCEU, an Activision Blizzard update, Nintendo updates its list of the ten best-selling Switch games, the new Harley Quinn HBO Max series tie-in comic book, #BowserDay2021, Colin & Casey Jost are writing the next live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie (as well as a visual preview of what their comedic style might be like) but mostly Kanye. Like even with all that it's still like 75% Kanye.

The Hiddlesimps Recap Loki Episode 6: For All Time. Always.
Shushy, Rasheed Townes, Mikey Gesus, Jere Pilapil and special guest variant Randy Williams all converge upon The Twitch Stream At The End Of Time to discuss the final episode of Loki season 1, "For All Time. Always."
They recap the episode, praise Jonathan Majors' surprise performance as He Who Remains and then get into a heated debate about the quality of the show Loki itself (as well as the other two Marvel Disney Plus shows) which gets especially more heated when we play videos from both Dan Harrold and Hugh Guiney sh*tting on the series. This leads to a very contentious series of arguments in the chat and even Jere himself sides with the two Judases (as they became known as over the course of the show) more than the rest of the panel.
It's a really great episode and one you're going to want to pay attention to the Twitch live chat for, trust me.

The Simps welcome special guest Jay Chanoine to recap the 5th episode of Marvel's Loki, Journey Into Mystery (and also watch a clip from the terrible-looking Simpsons/Avengers crossover.)
