🎯Before you start any influencer marketing campaign apart from setting your goal.The next thing to know is the type of influencers you want to work with. This will enable you to set your budget.
In this post, we are going to look at the different types of influencers we have based on the amount of followers they have. At the end of this post you will be able to know the type of influencers that fit your budget.
➡️ Mega-Influencers: These types of influencers usually have a following of almost a million people. And because they're often celebrities, you'll need a sizable marketing expenditure to hire them. However, their engagement rate is very low compared to that of micro-influencers.
➡️ Macro-Influencers: Usually have anywhere between 500K to 1M followers and have a greater reach than micro-influencers.
➡️ Mid-Tier Influencers: Usually have anywhere between 50K to 500K followers. Brands benefit from this type of influencer's wider reach and somewhat higher engagement than macro- or mega-influencers.
➡️ Micro-Influencers: Have followers ranging from 10K to 50K. Though the followers of these influencers are pretty small, they have one of the most engaging and targeted audiences out of the other types of influencers and they charge less compared to others.
➡️ Nano-Influencers: Nano influencers have a social media following of between 1,000 and 10,000 people. They typically have an active social media following, with high engagement rates.
