I know how frustrating it can be for both sides of the Writer’s Strike. Some of you are working on productions that are still able to shoot, while others are not. We’ve added more properties to our potentials so now might be a good time to scout them.

I am the location manager for my brother's real estate properties on LI in New York. I’m also an actress and so know what your needs are (wardrobe/hair makeup/food, etc). I’m also a professional photographer. I know you generally take your own, but I’m always happy to send you more if you need something.

WE HAVE THE SOLUTION SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO STOP SHOOTING YOUR PRODUCTION
SEQUESTER IN ONE OR BOTH OF OUR LARGE MANSIONS

In Matinecock, on Long Island, we have a fully furnished three story 10,800 sqft mansion not far from NYC that has lots of options for shooting your production. In addition it has six bedrooms to allow people to stay overnight so that they can be safely sequestered on the property for a day, a week, a month, a year, or more.

Just 25 minutes away we have another large mansion that has 19 bedrooms where more people can stay. Both mansions are fully furnished and empty so that only you and your team (and one or two representatives from our company) will ever be in contact with each other.

Both mansions are on close to 10 acres.

Our Matinecock mansion has a lot of shoot options and includes three floors, a large exterior and so much more. As mentioned above, it has 6 bedrooms, with a third-floor option to create more places for people to sleep.

We now have an additional production location. This is a row of properties located on PINE HOLLOW ROAD IN THE TOWN OF OYSTER BAY, LI, NY.
The three links below are for a journal, a gallery of photos and a website page so you can pick and choose what works best for you. These properties can either be booked all together or individually. The photos in the links below will give you a view of what each property has to offer.
The properties include:
• An empty unfinished row of stores which will allow you to create whatever you want.
• An immaculate large warehouse type garage that was formerly a mechanics shop.
• A large 2-story building, formerly a car painting and autobody shop. The first floor offers lots of space with bigger and smaller areas. The second floor is a small room that could also be setup like a one-bedroom apartment or a store.
