A high education will be more than enough, with some general knowledge of logic, statistics, mathematics and programming considering its fourth edition focusing more on machine learning, deep learning, and probabilistic programming.

Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach (AIMA) is sold a text book, which first published in 1995 and the fourth edition of the book was released on 28 April 2020.
It is used in over 1400 universities worldwide and has been called "the most popular artificial intelligence textbook in the world". It is considered the standard text in the field of artificial intelligence.
Keep in your mind its big minuses while striving with this 1000+ pages book.
It is fundamentally wrong with what real/true/genuine/causal AI is and what its foundations must be.
