Relationships are a meeting of two worlds. Two oceans. And we can only love as deeply as we love our Selves. Meaning that if we can’t meet ourSelves beyond our discomforts & challenges and also move through to the other side, it’s nearly impossible to meet & accept someone else in theirs.

Relationship equals togetherness. But it is in our acceptance of our individuality that has the capability of taking us deeper, .. that when we learn to give each other the freedom to evolve and change and grow, that we can begin to understand Love.

We are never limited in the experience itself, we are only limited in our willingness to go there. And willingness is always a lesson of Self. To know and to trust your Self to tread an ocean, and to dive even deeper.

You are my most intimate mirror. And it’s wild to accept that we’re still scratching at the surface, because I know that our ocean runs so deep. Happy Valentines Day , cheers to redefining Love in the face of our obstacles.🥂❤️

Forgiveness is the key 🔑 but FAITH is a FUNDAMENTAL.

Do you have faith that everything will be ok, and better, once you get to the other side?

Do you believe your life would get better if you dropped the weight of your painful experiences?

Do you have faith that freedom is possible, and is yours through healing?

Do you believe that forgiveness is possible? Beyond resentment. Beyond bitterness. Forgive & forget. Ultimate freedom, to Love & Be Love.

No?
Because forgiveness starts with Self.
You fear that if you forgive, you are weak and undervaluing yourself.
You fear that if you forgive, they’re getting away with it.
You fear that forgiveness means you are vulnerable and susceptible to experiencing more pain.
You need to protect yourself.
You don’t trust yourself.
You need to respect yourself, because forgiveness means that you don’t.

… but actually, you need to heal.
You need to heal your relationship with your Self.
You need to heal your intuitive being.
You need to heal your perspective and self worth, know that you ARE not broken. You are whole in your Birth right.
You need to cry, to feel, to process. To be angry, to release, to get the f up and REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE.

Hurt people hurt people. And hurt people have no power over YOUR NEXT STEP.

Thank you thank you thank you for the lesson & the experience.
“We needed eachother for different reasons” I needed that experience to move me along my way. Without it, I wouldn’t have met myself in my depths. . I love my Self deeper.
And I am able to extend that, in acceptance & Grace.

Religions are just a set form of spiritual practices to assist you in creating a consistent relationship with (GOD).

Different modalities to experience God.

But if(GOD) is the Force of “all that is”, and the Creator of “all things”, there is no separation regardless of religious practice.

Your God, my God, their Gods. Exist.
Because (GOD) is in & of “all things”.
Practice is personal.
Good & Bad are created by us, in which we were created by God. Given free will.
How we experience life is how we choose to respond.
To feel (GOD) in “all ways” at “all times” you must be religious in practice. Mind, Body & Soul.
Mindfulness; in simplest form.
Discipline. Awareness. Surrender. Gratitude.

Just because someone has a lot to teach us, doesn’t mean we like them. People who have the most to teach us are often the ones who reflect back to us the limits to our own capacity to love, those who consciously or unconsciously challenge our fearful positions. They show us our walls. Our walls are our wounds—the places where we feel we can’t love any more, can’t connect any more deeply, can’t forgive past a certain point.

We are in each other’s lives in order to help us see where we most need healing, and in order to help us heal. — A Return to Love
