In the tapestry of time, a new year unfolds
A canvas of hope, as our story is told
Through ups and downs, we weathered the storm
Lost some in darkness, gained others in warm
A dance with fate, both positive and negative
Yet gratitude in our hearts continues to live
For the lessons learned, the strength we've found
In the echoes of joy and sorrows profound
As the clock resets, a chance to renew
To bid farewell to what we once knew
In the symphony of life, a hopeful refrain
May the melody of this year alleviate pain
Through the valleys we've trodden, the peaks we've ascended
New beginnings embraced, wounds are mended
For the losses endured and the victories won
In the tapestry of time, a new chapter has begun
So, let's raise a toast to the journey ahead
With grateful hearts, where dreams are widespread
May the canvas of days be painted in hues

In the fireplace, embers glow
Casting shadows in a rhythmic flow
A year's last chapter, pages turn
December bids farewell, as candles burn
Snowflakes dance in a final ballet
Melting away in the dawn's first ray
Reflecting on moments, both big and small
December whispers, a tender farewell call

In nature's timeless, age-old song
The pumpkin patches, the apple trees
The harvest moon in the evening's breeze
All fading as November takes its place
With a subtle, gentle, cold embrace
So here's our farewell to October's grace
