Things I found out in Sweden.

• I paid commission to exchange my US dollars to Swedish krone! Foreign currency is actually not craved for here like we do in Africa

• Everyone is helpful, nice & kind. Can give up their food for you. Their social welfare system is the best in the world.

• It's a totally cashless economy here. Yes, you actually dont need a paper money. Everything is digitalized including buying anything!

• Everyone works. The bills are crazy so any krones is needed. The Swedes are naturally, big, brawny, smart and strong. So working hard is never a problem.

* Work resumes by 10 am here due to weather changes. I mean formal jobs, not non skilled jobs.

• During summer, the sun doesn't go down.
Meaning, there's no night. You can get sick due to body adopting these time changes. My first night i Stockholm, i slept around 1am without knowing its that late.

• Its really stable here. Count your self lucky like me if you have access to Sweden, it takes a lot to get their papers! Their paper can straighten out some sh*ts in your life. I am a testimony.

• Stockholm is an idea City to raise up a child as everything is cool, lovely and good! World class primary & secondary schooling FREE.

• Crime rate is really low. Yahoo, fraud or other social vices can not work here. You will be caught easily as there are traits to everything you do

• Swedes are normally thieves, they are the original Vikings or sea faring thieves of past, so to curb that natural trait to steal, the government has done a lot to ensure everything can be tranced, this gave rise to a cashless, contactless economy that has proved to very efficient! In order words, it has made the Swedes to be law abiding because off what use is it to steal when you know you will be caught? Well, their prison is better than most average homes in Africa!

• Transportation is relatively fixed. For 3.9$ (39SEK) you can get a ride on the bullet train to anywhere in Stockholm for 75minutes. No other fee applies.

• Beside Rent, food, anyone can survive in Stockholm without much of a deal! With a Salary of $3000 per month, you'd live like a king! Especially if you work remotely!

• You don't really need public transport/a car to move around city, except you are hopping from one island to another. A scooter or bicycle would be more helpful!

• Swedes are Innovative, they have customized bicycles to various roles in the house, or work.
• I prefer living in Stockholm than anywhere in USA or Canada.

• The gap between rich and poor is low compared to France or UK. Here the richest man might be that fellow riding an electric scooter, or drinking low beer with you in the pub.

• Most houses in Stockholm do not have physical keys... They use codes type into the door to open. So if you have no business there, you g*t no reason

• Almost everyone drives a bicycle, or scooter to move from one place to another.

• Sweden is really expensive to live in, but has one of the highest quality of life you can imagine.

• Everyone drink tap water. It's squeaky clean & safe. pH value is almost 7.0 on the dot!

• I met several Nigerians, most of them left Italy to reside here. They're always preferred before other African nationalities.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UK, GREAT Britain, BRITAIN, ENGLAND
(read to the end, airtime giveaway for you💃🏿🎶 )

A lot of people in Nigeria and indeed all over the world, including well travelled, elite class people often confuse England, United Kingdom, Britain and Great Britain.

Well, here's the way to differentiate them:

England is a country just as Nigeria, and its capital is London just like Abuja is the capital of Nigeria.

Great Britainis a collection of 3 countries which came together as one country and has its capital as London. Those 3 countries are:
1. England,
2. Scotland and
3. Wales.

When you include Northern Ireland to these 3 countries, they become United Kingdom (union of four nations) Viz:
1. England,
2. Scotland,
3. Wales, and
4. Northern Ireland.

That is why it is referred to as the *
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Collectively, the four are taken as one country. And when this is the case, London is its capital.

Note however that these four individual nations all have their own respective capitals.

Accordingly, the capital of
Scotland is Edinburgh,
Wales is Cardiff;
Northern Ireland is Belfast;
England is London.

Ps: Northern Ireland is not to be mistaken for the Republic of Ireland. The latter is a separate country. Its capital is Dublin.

I bumped on a video a while ago.

According to the lady who posted it, Actor Junior Pope lntlmldated her on set.

I initially thought it was a prank but then, I took the time to watch it and I picked some lessons: it wasn’t even a prank.
I don’t use my hard earned data on unprofitable content so if I am watching anything that isn’t entertaining, it must be worth it.

The lady came on set, Junior Pope was seated, another lady was there too and she walked past and casually greeted “una well done oh”

Pope didn’t answer.

When the director came, Pope asked who he (Pope) would be shooting a particular scene with and upon finding out it was the lady, he said he won’t shoot with her and that three things should happen; she’s either replaced with a different cast or she apologizes to him or Pope refunds the director if none of that happened.

You may want to know why he gave these conditions.

According to him; she came in there, saw him, walked past him and didn’t greet him.

And she flared up and said she greeted “una well done” and he asked, “who is una? Don’t you have regard for your senior colleague that you would just greet me that way?”

She said he was intlmldatlng her.

After plenty back and forth, she apologized.

Judging this, would you say that arrògancè played a role especially from Pope and that he was intimldatlng her truly?

My madam said something to me one day in àngèr and I held it strong; she said, “Ayo, you know this person, with the influence he has, he sould be far more than what he is today… If he is fifty million rich, he should be worth more but his attitude is limiting him: I hope you don’t thread the same path.” I held these words.

Attitude can either lift one, restrict one or limit one.

On Junior Pope and the lady, first, you don’t see a senior give him a generalized greeting.

When you meet a senior no matter how far you may have grown, you should learn to acknowledge them and accord them their due respect.

I got to understand Apostle Joshua Selma’s teaching on honor better today. What the lady failed to do is to give honor to whom it’s due. Honor!

Junior Pope must be a person like me; we dey talk things as e dey do us. He couldn’t hide his displeasure and he had to let it out, but rather than see and realize that it is bad to dishonor and disregard your senior colleague in such manner, she saw him as being intlmldatlng.
The thing is, another person may not speak out unlike Pope, but they will hold that against you and will never recommend you.

Sometimes the closed doors, disfavor and lack of help people experience are not caused by village people; dishonor cause them; arrival mentality that makes people feel they are already there and those who got there before them mean nothing or deserve little or no regard.

Genuflecting to greet people who are ahead of you whether you have grown even fatter than them in any way is you acknowledging them and not allowing arrogance and arrival mentality of; “what do you have that I don’t have now?” to rule you.

Don’t limit yourself. Honor those worthy of honor.
