I was having a discussion with my brother Chike Keneth Okonkwo in December and we advised ourselves to start 2024 by respecting ourselves before we respect other people's. We have discussed about the factors and causes of breakups and we found that sometimes people hurt themselves and play a victims. As a man you have a role to play in a relationship and that role is to love your partner and only your partner.

I have learned that no one deserves to be hurt but only if we can simply be realistic within ourselves no one is going to get hurt. I have been writing messages to some of my Ex's and people that I once said I love them with no intentions of being in a relationship with them but lust, I have been circulating my apologies to all of them. 2024 is a year of restoration and recreation of yourselves, you aren't late to start what I am doing just for the sake of your health and happiness.
