Great day, working on a new album with Aleh Ferreira, The Frontman of legendary Brazilian funk band "Banda Black Rio" at Mälgand Bros Studio.

It's official. Myself (Meelis) and brother Madis will be doing the sound engineering work for Funk Soul Brothers at the Love Supreme jazz festival on the 7th of July 2024. 'Funk Soul Brothers' are a newly established collaboration of members from some of the finest internationally renowned funk soul acts on the 80s scene - Errol Kennedy (Imagination), Junior Giscombe (Junior) and David Grant (Linx), producing some incredible classics. It's hard to express the feeling working with the very people who's music you listened growing up. Needless to say - if you are in or around London on the 05th - 07th of July, you've got to come to see the show, it will be an absolute delight! There are also many other classic acts to see such as Chaka Khan, Kool & The Gang, Joss Stone etc.

Brighter moments from DrumathonLIVE 2022 at Malgand Bros Studio with Miss Iceland Hugrún Birta Egilsdóttir, Errol Kennedy, Bev J Sage, Meelis Malgand and Mister World Jack Heslewood. So, Bev made us all dance to Errol's 'Illusion', supported by Jack on drums. Whatta moves. Jack is playing his 12-hour session. Epic.

TODAY at 10am UK time, we are ready to launch The Drumathon 2022 from the streaming HQ at Malgand Bros Studio!
Over 50 amazing drummers are playing NON STOP for mental health charities over the next 7 Days, starting off with some amazing 1 hour sessions by drummers from some of the worlds renowned bands, Errol Kennedy from Imagination, Nick Hodgson from Kaiser Chiefs, Derrick McKenzie from Jamiroquai, Will Champion from Coldplay. In the evening we will switch to Wembley arena, where the Alex Moody and the Dualers will be performing live!
Keep coming back to see some of the most amazing drummers throughout the whole week and the most important, Drum, Dance and Donate! Donations are going towards the following children mental health charities, Child Bereavement, Anna Freud, Variety.
