Attention all Neechi Clan members!

Get ready to clash in the ultimate Bonk.io tournament! Mark your calendars for Sunday, the 10th of March – it’s gonna be a fun competition with a prize!

Here's what you need to know:

The contest kicks off at 6:00 PM MST!

A maximum of 8 people are allowed to enter. It is first come first serve for competition slots, but all are welcome to hang out. If we have more than 10 people that join, we will host two tournaments and have 2 winners, so everyone gets to play!

A hefty $100 prize is up for grabs for the champion.
This will take place in the Gaming VC here in on our Discord server.

I'm really excited to announce Neechi Clan. Founded by Kairyn Potts and Shannon Baker

Neechi Clan is a free-to-join online community that utilizes apps like Discord to bring together Indigenous gamers, streamers, and content creators.

Neechi Clan offers an inclusive and safe space for these neechis to come together in the name of community and fun; it’s a great place to find new friends to play games with, get support on how to start your live streaming/content creation journey, or even to just watch, spectate and support other indigenous gamers and content creators.

Neechi Clan acknowledges the extreme under-representation of Indigenous people in the gaming and content creation world at all levels, and the presence of toxicity including racism and homophobia that exists against Indigenous people, 2SLGBTQIA+, and women in gaming. This served as motivation for Kai and Shannon to found Neechi Clan, which aims to be a safer space free of toxicity where those groups of people can come together and have fun.

Neechi Clan plans to host both online and LAN tournaments for various games, create engaging and fun content, foster cultural reclamation by increasing and promoting cultural accessibility in indigenous communities, mentor and support up-and-coming indigenous creators and gamers, and build a deadly online nation based on support and fun.

We are currently creating in-house teams for games like Overwatch 2, Baldur's Gate 3, and Apex Legends as well as working on a big tournament for indigenous youth who love Apex Legends in the new year. Big prizes and lots of fun. Best part of it is that it's all free!

HOW TO JOIN?

Joining Neechi Clan is easy: we don’t ask for any application fee and there’s no other cost to joining. All you need is a positive attitude, a Discord account, and to fill out a very short form.
