2 oz. Lunazul Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Agave Syrup
3 Oz. Grapefruit Soda
Tajín Seasoning (for rim)
Lime or Grapefruit Wheel (for garnish)

I had some blueberries I needed to use before the went bad, so I came up with this refreshing cocktail I call The Isle of Fiji blueberry smash. Man it is so delicious!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
- 1 oz Roses new blueberry syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- fresh blueberries
- Dash of orange bitters
- Ice

Directions:
In a shaker muddle blueberries.
Add all ingredients and shake shake shake.
Double strain pour in a glass over ice.
Ganish with lime and blueberries.

So Susan Clinton Parker requested a drink with very few ingredients. I think the OG daiquiri is one of the best, simple and easy drinks there is to make. This is one you can play with the ratios. To sweet add more lime juice. To sour add more syrup.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. Lime juice
2 oz. Light Rum

Directions:
Pour Ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake untill the shaker gets frosty.
Pour into a chilled glass.

Enjoy!

This drink dates back to the sugar plantations in the Caribbean Islands. The slaves had these resources in abundance. They invented rum by fermenting and distilling the by product of the sugar plantations, molasses. They had lots of sugar and lime trees everywhere. The Original daiquiri was probably one of their few joys.

Tonight's starter is a
Strawberry Rum Paradise:

This tropical delight is made with fresh strawberries, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and a splash of lime juice.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz fresh strawberries (muddled)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Ice

Directions:
1. Muddle fresh strawberries in a shaker.
2. Add white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy your taste of paradise!

Tonight's drink is a cosmopolitan made with tequila instead of vodka.

Ingredients
2oz tequila
1oz Cointreau
2oz cranberry juice
1oz lime juice

Directions
Pour Ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake shake shake
Pour into martini glass
Garnish with lime

Today we are starting off the night with a strawberry margarita. I made a pitcher so the ratios are big. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 lb Fresh strawberry 🍓
1 cup Blanco Tequila
2/3 cup Lime juice
1/3 cup Agave nectar
1/4 cup Cointreau

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend
Pour over ice in a salted rim glass
Ganish with a lime

Ingredients
2 oz. Blanco Tequila 5 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz. Lime juice
6 oz. Grapefruit soda

Directions
Salt the rim of glass
Add ice
Add Ingredients
Stir
Ganish with grapefruit wedge

Continuing the tribute to opening day in baseball, we give you the Grand Slam:

Ingredients
2 ounces Flor de Caña 5-year-old grand reserve rum
1 ounce Gosling’s Black Seal rum
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce grenadine
Garnish: orange twist

Steps
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass over ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.

In honor of Baseballs Opening Day may I introduce to you The Gold Glove:

Cuba is responsible for many classic cocktails, including the Mojito and Daiquiri. But there’s one drink that has stayed hidden in the shadows of these heavy-hitters, only popping up in old recipe books and at the bars of rum fanatics and drinks historians. This drink dates back to 1935 and was served at the Floridita Bar in Havana often visited by Ernest Hemingway.

Consisting of rum, lime juice, sugar and Cointreau, it’s like a Daiquiri-Margarita hybrid.

I put my own twist on it using Plantation 5 year dark rum instead of white rum. The distillery adds sugar to Plantation so I used just a splash of simple syrup omitting the sugar in the recipe for fear it would be to sweet.

Well we couldn't help ourselves. We made another drink tonight. .
The name of this drink is "Tropical Breeze".

This refreshing cocktail combines the bold flavors of tequila and rum with the sweetness of tropical fruits.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz tequila
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Splash of grenadine
- Orange wedge and cherry for garnish

Tonight's drink is a blueberry lemon margarita. I used lemon juice instead of lime juice because lemon pairs with blueberry so well. It's blueberries muddled with blueberry syrup, lemon juice, a splash of triple sec poured over ice and garnished with a salted rim, blueberries, lemon wedge and a cherry for pop. I liked it. Its different than you normal margaritas still very good.

One of my favorites Anejo Smash. It's anejo tequila, Roses blueberry syrup, Tres Agaves agave nectar, Merlot creme de cassis, lime, orange bitters, garnished with fresh mint and lime wedge. Freaking delicious. If you get tired of margaritas give this a try you won't regret it. Full disclosure this is my twist to Salud's Anjeo Smash.

This Blackberry Mojito is sooo good.. Muddle about 8 fresh blackberries, 8 fresh mint leaves, Rose's blueberry syrup. Then fill the glass with ice, top with club soda or tonic water, stir and garnish with a couple blackberries and mint. Enjoy!
