Hello, I’m Vanessa.

I’ve created this page specifically to document my lifestyle as both a journal and to hopefully find a people with the same interests as me. I’m naturally a people pleaser and often don’t post things on my personal pages because I don’t want to “bother” my friends and family so I’ve created an account where I can post as often as I want.

Quick about me:

I’m a boy mom and police wife.

I’m an introverted extrovert, meaning I love being around people, small talk, etc but need time to re-charge afterwards.

I’m a barefoot kind of girl; huge advocate for grounding activities.

I love board games and puzzles, nature walks, bird watching, growing veggies, and reading.

We have chickens and bees, a vegetable garden and fruit trees. I have developed a love of canning all the things but especially jellies!

And my favorite chicken is Dolly, our Buff Orpington (pictured).

✨Basket Apron AKA Harvest Apron✨An everyday apron that can be turned into a basket to collect items while doing chores - eggs, fruits/veggies, kindling, kids toys while sweeping/vacuuming.
