Earlier it has been reported that he is not doing well, now his mother Neetu Kapoor has confirmed that he has been diagnosed with the virus. Taking to her Instagram handle Neetu Ji shared that Ranbir is on medications and in self-quarantine.

Neetu Kapoor further shared in her post that Ranbir is recovering quite well at home and is taking all the precautions that are needed.

Finally, the makers of Bell Bottom have announced the release date of the movie. The movie that is starring Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor is set to hit the theatres on 28th May 2021. Now recently, Jackky Bhagnani who is supposed to be one of the producers of the movies has taken to his Twitter handle to officially announced the news to the fans and we are sure after knowing the exact release date of the film, fans must get excited. However, apart from Akshay and Vaani, the movie will also feature Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta, and Adil Hussain in pivotal roles. The movie is helmed by Ranjit M Tewari.

Meanwhile, this is the first major Bollywood film that has completed shooting amid the COVID-19 pandemic. To note, in August 2020, the entire cast of the film had traveled to the UK for the shooting purpose and wrapped up the same on September 30.
