Caught up with my realtor and good friend Mr. Brian Phelt. He had so much to say that a good chunk was said off mic lol. He had a lot to say about the market, money decisions, longevity, and building a foundation for yourself and your family. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to using real estate to create a lasting empire. In this episode I got to have a sit-down with a longtime friend of mine who started as an insurance agent a few years ago who just wanted to dust off his old license. Since then, he has dug deeper and deeper to help out as many people as he can to try and find affordable healthcare. He even went so far as to create his own healthcare company after years and years of hearing complaints and being let down repeatedly by the companies we represented. He took his understanding of the health insurance system and his passion for helping people and created something truly unique. His company has created so many unique options while still being able to provide the marketplace options. There's a little bit of information for everyone: those looking for more options, wanting to learn more about how the system works, wanting to understand why it's so complicated, and especially for those who have been screwed over in the past. There's also GREAT information for business owners on great ways to help your employees.

A couple of days ago, my wife accidently discovered that "Human Experience" was a pretty common podcast name. Branding, who knew? Me being me I couldn't just shrug it off, it just had to send my mind spiraling into really analyzing what I've been doing and why and the things I've done similarly in the past. There was a first attempt at something like this on an old forum site call The Experience Project. On it, I called myself "IWishIUnderstood" because I was at another time in my life where I felt lost. Kind of seems to be a running theme (wishing I knew then what I know about the brain stuff but whatever) I have always just had this constant urge to understand. That, I realized, was the drive behind all of this: to understand. To understand myself, my family and friends, my challenges, the world around me. I wish to understand.
