This ASEPA driver drove against the traffic (an offense popularly known as one way) from St. Paul's Junction Aba owerri road Aba. He maintained a reckless high speed with loud horn 📣 scaring people on their right lane until he hit this fully boarded bus.
The bus was in a queue of diversion made at afor ule Junction to control a traffic.
I pulled over and confronted the ASEPA driver (who is patting the bus driver at the back telling him "ibu nwoke ibem..) I interrupted him
to his face that he was so reckless... that I saw him from st. Paul's Junction. He replied
"Oga ibia ebe ihe mere gi ana etinye oku"
(If u come where something happens, u will be putting fire)
I left him and his stup!d!ty to take this shot.. I have to mute the audio because I called him names in anger.
He is not the first person. The impetus of this ASEPA drivers are getting higher than bullion van drivers.
Are they backed by the constitution to drive against the traffic??
