Oniisan is looking for SHIFT MANAGER - SM City Bicutan
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Management-related courses
-Willing to work at SM City Bicutan
-Computer literate and familiar with Financial Statement and Profit & Losses
-Primarily responsible for managing shift manager operations and achieving shift targets
-Accountable for managing specific P&L line items which may include but not limited to Cost of Sales, Labor Cost, and Operating expenses
-Engages with customers and role models service standards.
-Handles customer complaints in accordance to Oniisan House of Premium Tempura prescribed protocols, customer complaint resolution and escalation procedures
-Executes store operational efficiencies by effectively managing Food production, Food Safety, Equipment and Maintenance, and Safety and Security systems
-Communicates shift targets to team members, motivates and guide as needed
-Highly skilled in all areas of RESTAURANT/SORE OPERATIONS ; Scheduling, R&M, Inventory, Managing Food Costs, Branch performance,
-Initiative to multi-task and Keen to details, highly organized

LIMJOE is hiring SERVICE CREW:
Candidates must be high school graduates or atleast College level.
Who have at least six (6) months of experience in the related field are required for this position.
Willing to be trained and able to work well with others.
Thrives in a fast-paced and busy working environment.
Experience in using POS machines and handling cash is an advantage
Must be hardworking, flexible, trustworthy, easy to learn and have a good leadership abilities
Willing to be assigned to the Binan, San Pedro Laguna, Las Pinas, Alabang, Manila, Bicutan and Paranaque branches.
