Thank you to everyone who checked out my small but very personal podcast over the years 🙏🏼
I dreamt of becoming a basketball analyst and sportscaster when I was a kid. Obviously this was before I set out to sieze my destiny as an artist and architect. Along the years, I learned how to think for myself more and more while also becoming more articulate in expressing myself through words. I am far from being great at this but I have come a long way from where I was in 2020. I used to stammer and stutter a lot as a kid and I still do today (with specific letters and words). I am also introverted as a person. I can be vocal and outgoing but nithing beats time at home or in the studio in peace. However, I love architecture and everything that it can do to inspire, motivate and challenge individuals to be better while also impacting communities and businesses. With this alone I found this to be enough reason to share my thoughts. However, the most impact it does is for those who cannot speak their minds yet, or dont know how to. I hope that in listening to me discuss, curse (✌🏼) and teach what I know, it can embolden you to do the same - to find yourself and learn to think for yourself, responsibly and intellectually. Perhaps even one day to speak publicly and more eloquently than I. You can do it!
Thank you for listening and I hope that you will continue to support this passion project of mine. 🙏🏼
Shoutout to Ar. Ivan Manabat, co-founder of The Outside Talks who helped me start this thing and for the countless conversations we’ve had.
Shout out also to Ar. Nikka Toledo for the logo! You’re awesome!

Ralph as he shares his insights on the futures and concerns faced by graduating students, as well as strategies for preparing for the next chapter in their young careers. An essential aspect he emphasizes is the need for self-reflection, where understanding one's core values takes precedence. By doing so, graduates can identify the most suitable firm to acquire knowledge from and contribute value to. Plus, he's got some unorthodox tips on how to gear up for what's next and how to create the biggest positive impact. This is Part 1 of a 2-part series.
