Think about it. Women are encouraged to act like "wives" to men who don't want to be husbands. Crazy right? 😒

Too often, we get so caught up in our own lives and struggles that we forget to show appreciation to the important people in our lives. Especially with the holidays around the corner, remember, don't take your partner, family, friends, or any other loved ones for granted, and don't forget to show them how much they mean to you. A simple compliment or a heartfelt thank you can go a long way in making them feel loved and valued.

I knew something was wrong when you watched me cry uncontrollably over something you had done. And you didn't flinch. I realized that you didn't care about my feelings or the hurt you had caused me. You never seemed apologetic or remorseful for what you did - You were more concerned with protecting yourself and shifting the blame onto me. Now that things have changed, I feel like I could never trust you or rely on you to be there for me when I need you the most.

It would be a wonderful and peaceful feeling to have the person you love just walk through the door and into your bed. You would feel comforted and safe just being able to sleep in each other's arms, without any worries or concerns about the outside world.

Attention, all my fellow empaths and passionate lovers out there!

This is a message for you. It took me a whole year to come to this realization, but I want to share it with you because it's something we all need to remember: never apologize for how deeply you feel or how passionately you love.

You are not "too much." You are not overwhelming or overbearing because of your emotions. In fact, when your heart is pure, and your intentions are good, you will never lose anyone because of how you feel. It's the other way around - people will lose you because they can't handle your depth of emotion or your intensity of love.

Don't let anyone make you feel like you need to apologize for being who you are. Your emotions and love are valuable and should be celebrated, not suppressed. Embrace your passion and your depth of feeling. It's what makes you unique and special.

Don't apologize for it - let it shine!

Change my mind.

'I love you' & 'love u' are two entirely different things

Couples who are also best friends with one another >>>>>

I may not be the one you end up with, but I know I'm the one you'll be thinking about in 10 years when you're sitting with your kids. I was the one who showed you unconditional love, before you even knew what it really meant. Even though things didn't work out between us, I'm grateful for the time we shared and the memories we made. I hope you find happiness and love in your future.

I was always there for them, always putting their happiness before mine, and I couldn't see it. I was blind to their love and kindness, and it's killing me that I may have lost them because of my own selfishness.

LIFE TIP 💙
It's easy to get caught up in the negativity that surrounds us, especially when it comes to criticism. But here's the thing: you shouldn't accept criticism from someone you wouldn't go to for advice.

Now, I'm not saying that you should ignore all criticism. Constructive criticism can be really valuable and should be taken seriously, especially if it's coming from someone you trust and respect. But there's a difference between constructive criticism and negative criticism, and it's important to be able to tell the difference.

Negative criticism is often driven by a desire to hurt or belittle you, and it's not worth your time or energy. Don't let it bring you down or make you feel bad about yourself. Instead, focus on the positive things in your life and seek out advice and guidance from people who truly care about your well-being and success.

Remember, you are in control of your own life and you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Don't let negative criticism from others hold you back from reaching your goals and living your best life.

Love you guys

REMEMBER: don't chase after people that aren't meant for us in the long term.

Instead, we should focus on replacing negative influences with positive ones. Even when it's hard, we shouldn't give up or retreat. We have to fight for ourselves and not let others define our worth.

It's okay to set boundaries and remove toxic elements from our lives. However, it's also important to remember to love and prioritize ourselves first so that we can learn to truly love and care for others. Love you guys

Moving on after Heartbreak ❤️ (video transcript)

It's been six months since my girlfriend of five years and I broke up.

I met her just a few weeks before my 20th birthday, so I've basically spent my whole adult life with her. In the past six months, being alone for the first time in five years, I've learned a lot.

When you get out of a long-term relationship, people are all like, "Time to move on, time to get over it." But there's no getting over this, are you kidding me? I spent my whole adult life with this person. Moving on is impossible, it just doesn't happen in situations like this. Five years is a long time, why would I want to bury that you know?

You’ll probably get the urge to start something new with someone else to fill that gap. It's a valid feeling. Trust me, the healing time is longer than you think it will be.

I'm still kind of messed up about it. It's going to be hard, and you’ll have good days and bad days. But it's all part of the process. It's been a tough six months, but I'm starting to feel better. I'm taking it one day at a time, and trying to focus on the good things in my life.

Moving on from this won't be easy, but be determined to make the most of this new chapter in my life. I'm not sure what the future holds, but I'm excited. Love you guys and thank you for sticking around ❤️

Here are a few tips for protecting your mindset from the influence of toxic people:

Recognize toxic behavior: The first step in protecting yourself from toxic people is to recognize their behavior. Toxic people often try to manipulate, control, or hurt others in order to meet their own needs. They may use tactics such as gaslighting, blame-shifting, or criticism to try to undermine your confidence or self-esteem. By recognizing these behaviors, you can take steps to protect yourself.

Set boundaries: It's important to set boundaries with toxic people in order to protect yourself. Let them know what you're comfortable with and what you're not, and be prepared to enforce those boundaries. This can help prevent them from crossing your boundaries and causing harm.

Limit contact: If you can, try to limit your contact with toxic people. This may mean reducing the amount of time you spend with them, or avoiding certain situations where they are likely to be present. By limiting your contact with toxic people, you can reduce the negative impact they have on your mindset.

Seek support: Don't be afraid to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist if you're struggling with toxic people in your life. Sometimes it can be helpful to talk to someone who can offer a fresh perspective and help you find healthy ways to cope.

Focus on your own growth and well-being: Finally, don't let toxic people take up too much space in your mind. Instead, focus on your own growth and well-being. Practice self-care, set goals for yourself, and surround yourself with positive, supportive people. By taking care of yourself, you can protect your mindset from the negative influence of toxic people.

I LOVE YOU ❤️
