Male fertility and mental health activist Kevin set up “The Man Cave” - an organisation to support men with fertility challenges. One of Kevin’s many goals was to produce an E-book to help men facing issues such as Sertoli cell -only syndrome & other male factor fertility issues.

We worked with Kevin to produce this comprehensive E-book, to help make the male experience of fertility struggles a little easier to understand, and to empower and support men and their partners.
As well as resources and support, Kevin shares his personal fertility journey after his Sertoli cell -only syndrome diagnosis. His ambition is to change the way that male fertility issues are handled by medical professionals, as well as to support men with fertility issues.
Kevin’s ambition is to see this document available in all clinics across the world.
