Okay y'all - my first serious post. Brace yourselves. Today is the first day of Mental Health Awareness month. I am a HUGE advocate for the important of taking care of your mental health just like you would your physical health. So here are some general reminders for this month:
1. You matter. Yes, you!
2. You are loved. Yup, still you!
3. Taking time to care for yourself is important.
4. If you are struggling, reach out. There are so many resources available to you without shame or judgement.
I encourage you to be kind to one another, let a friend or loved one know that you are there for them, and be an advocate for those that are still afraid to get help because of the stigma around mental health. You've got this, we've got this. ❤️✌️
